The billing dept of this company should be erased! It is impossible to contact them! My employer already paid them the bill but they refused to contact the Radiology Billing debt collector to verify my payment, so Radiology Billing keeps calling and sending texts to collect the paid bill. Very frustrating and no one cares to resolve this. The operators just wanted you to verify who you are and keep sending you the texts and bills. Very poor and unethical practices! These people should be ashamed of themselves!

What a horrible experience with billing department , they dont know nothing about your account at all, I called many times requesting help , val just hung up on me , another lady just left me on hold,and hung up as well please always ask for their name. and after all this they sent 38 to collection even though my baby has had insurance the whole time. So disrespectful and unethical.

They send one statement that does not indicate in plain language what the bill is for. You would need to be a medical coder to understand what they are billing for. I sent a request to via certified return receipt requested mail to request a more detailed explanation of what the bill was for and received no reply. A few months later I was sent to collections with no additional notifications via mail.
