An awesome experience right from the beginning. I’ve made a lot of calls looking for a therapist, this is the first place that didn't answer the phone in that "I hate my job" tone. The woman I spoke with, Randy, was patient, friendly, and helpful. She went above and beyond for me! She asked questions and listened to my concerns. Fist thing, from a person who's made lots of calls trying to find a therapist, this is the first place that didn't answer the phone in the "I hate my job" tone I've been encountering with other offices.. Was evaluated by Dr. Ostien for memory issues (as referred to by my Neurologist). Ostien was organized, intelligent and kind. After three hours of testing, I do have difficulty remembering details in a story; but also left with a diagnosis of ADHD. As a Gen Xer, I cannot thank him enough. I feel like I had to mask my social issues all my life. Now I understand that it is just me and I am awesome the way I am. Highly recommend Ostien.
Adhd test is a joke and highly unorganized. Never got my results emailed to me even though I've been told twice they would. Also told a time they would call and go over the 8 page thesis of a report and never got a call. I think the guy who performed the test has adhd himself. Total waste of time
