Worse place l have been the owner Dr Hill has had a bad past been under investigation with medical bord several times
it’s taken me quite a while to write this review because my experience at Comprehensive Psych Services 100% contributed to more trauma. around this time last year I was seeing Beth & Dr. Singh. the first 3 months coming to CPS were great, but beware if you don’t heal within 3 months it’s very possible they will fire you from their practice. they will tell you they are worried about you, that you’re not improving, but yet leave you that day no longer having services for therapy, for psychiatry, & medication. all of that cut o... read more

Insensitive The receptionist at the front desk is very rude.One in particular. The wait is unbelievable and it's not being considerate to the patients.
The receptionists at the front desk are unprofessional. I heard one of the receptionists tell a patient over the phone to beg, borrow and steal because she had a past due balance. I was shocked that the receptionist would talk that way to a patient over the phone! Dr. Hill makes his patients wait for an whole hour before being seen, he's ok.
I was on time for my 1st appt and he was running an hour behind and tonight he's running over an hour behind again. What's the point of having an appointment if he's never going to be on time? He's really flaky also. I'm finding a new Dr. as I won't be returning here.
Bad Service, Late Appointments, Poor Treatment I waited more than 90 minutes after my appointment to be seen. Dr. Hill then proceeded to sit at his desk with his back to me for the ENTIRE appointment. He is a prescription whore, nothing more.
wonderful service I have been a patient of Dr. Hill's since 2003 and he is wonderful. He listens to everything you say, makes his recommendations, and trully makes you want to come back everytime. His staff is very friendly and helpful. They are like a big family and they make you feel at home.
Very unprofessional staff Not customer oriented, no compassion for patient, not caring at all, only interested in collecting from your insurance company
