I received a phone call one hour prior to my schedule appointment to cancel since they did not accept my insurance despite taking all my information 1 week prior while scheduling the appointment. This is organization is a testament to the fractured nature of our mental health care industry.

I came here when my life was just falling apart. I was giving an appointment the same day I first called them. I was seen for my intake and was set up with Andrew Green. He is wonderful! He has helped me find my old self again and I am forever grateful for his help. He is kind and always made me feel that I can tell him anything without feeling embarrassed or ashamed. This was the WORST referral I ever received! I will say my therapist Jamie Barry was pretty good however, my sessions were always less than 60 mins unlike other therapists. Which i dealt with, however, when I experienced an accident that landed me in the ER with a concussion a couple days before my appointment, even with a doctors note from another colleague and concussion therapist in the area; because I didn't cancel within 48 hours I was charged $50.00! Save yourself the stress and time and go somewhere else! I saw Betty Philips for a few weeks and after a few weeks I realized she seemed like she would rush the sessions and wasn't very helpful like my past therapist ( whom moved some states away :( unfortunately ) . The last straw with this office was when I came down with a bad stomach virus and was unable to make my appointment that day.
