Terrible practice. Not only did our Dr leave the practice with no notice (and no forwarding info was allowed) but when we tried to see another Dr there they treated us as a new patient. THEN they pushed out our appointment 3 TIMES, while knowing I was going to run out of my medications!!! Avoid like the plague.
