Dr. Defranco is very astute,thorough,and compassionate. I really enjoyed our time together. It was our first meeting. I believe we hit it off. Its hard to find a psychiatrist that you can be comfortable with. He asked many questions, which is necessary for a thorough examination. I was comfortable in answering all his questions. I didn't feel judged. What I felt was compassion, understanding, and a caring for my needs as his patient. Very rare to find this in a psychiatrist.
