The girl at the front desk is AWFUL! If you're going to treat people for mental health issues, I'd suggest having a more compassionate front desk person. After telling my daughter she missed her appointment (that had been moved without our knowledge) and that the physicians will refuse to see her since it was her first appointment. We waited 4 months to see someone!!! Then we're told very rudely that patients who are "no shows" on their first appointment are not allowed to be seen. Ever. Thanks for making an already depresse... read more
