Dr. Ronda Williams is great and I always feel heard :)
My refills suddenly stopped with no explanation. My pharmacy has reached out to the office 3 times and I have individually reached out 3 times. I keep being told “We will send a message to your doctor.” Now I am out of my medication, which they strongly advise to not quit cold turkey but because of the incompetence of the office I have no choice but to be without it for who knows how long. You would think they would take people’s health more seriously. I find this to be incredibly irresponsible and unethical.
I don’t know if every provider at this practice is this terrible. My review is based on my experience with Dr. Malik. I don’t recommend Dr Malik at all. She showed up 15 min late to our first appointment. I had to call to make sure I had the correct link.. she then immediately came up with assumptions and jumped to conclusions without asking any questions - not a single one.
