My Dr is caring, listens, and when I sent an emergency message to him, he set me up with an appt the very next day. Dr Ernest has a upbeat attitude which can help bring me out of my funk. He has good suggestions and let's me take baby steps when everything seems too big. The only thing is I have a hard time maneuvering myself around the website.
The team here is fabulous
The doctor is great but the "office"/answering service is not good. They've made me not want to deal with appointments through them.
