"I'm surprised you didn't do this sooner" - was the response after presenting all the info. It made me feel relieved that they believed in my ability to research. They ere even willing to talk to my Family. I can't thank them enough!

The Dr was fifteen minutes late to our appointment and then he didn't remember half the stuff I told him and had to repeat myself three and four times. In the end he told me that what I needed was a divorce and a good man, cuz I'm young and pretty and have a lot going for me. I've never felt so ignored, discredited, and disgusted. I was just waiting for him to diagnose me with hysteria since he seems to be stuck in the dark ages of mental health.
The "therapist" I saw didn't have any degrees or a doctorate and I'm not even sure she was certified. I only saw her a few times but her "talk therapy" basically boiled down to "you have your family (parents and a sibling) therefore you have no reason to be sad". The "waiting room" was also cramped, aesthetically sterile, and reminded me of the foyer to a small elementary school with no janitor. Would give zero stars if possible and never going back or referring others. AVOID.
