Dr. Apassa is good at what she does, and I acknowledge that some of the medications she has prescribed have helped me. Unfortunately, however, I have been very disappointed with the way I was treated on several occasions. On two occasions, I arrived late to my appointments. I've been coming here for psychiatric care for a while now and have had a great experience overall. Dr. Apassa is attentive and consistent, and it's clear she genuinely cares about her patients' long-term progress, not just symptom management. One thing worth noting: administrative support isn't always consistent, so at times things rely heavily on the doctor herself to stay on top of. Dr. Apassa was willing to fit me into the schedule short notice. She was kind and listened to my issues and history. She educated me on my condition and medications. I would recommend for anyone with mental illness.
