If I could give this place 0 stars I would. My first experience started last year with Rhona Chick & the Oak Lawn office. I was referred here through Loyola due to my son having bilateral 2nd/3rd degree hand burns & had to have a skin graft done. Rhona was rude, seemed inpatient, & like she didn't work with kids. My son recently was out of the ICU Burn Unit coming there for compression gloves, she had no compassion for him, at some point during our visit I had to tell her don't grab my son hands that way. I've been going to CPO for over 4 years they are very good they will fix any mistake that you or they made and they're very polite on time and they and they remind you of your appointment they are very busy I've had a great experience with them and I wouldn't go anywhere else thank you Barbara Mowatt

Today, I went to the wrong place. When I realized it, I got to CPO, explained what happened. Ready to reschedule because I was fully aware that it was my mistake that my mom was 20 minutes late, Dr. Felicia showed us mercy and my mom was taken care of. Thank you so much for your understanding.

Having to get a below the knee prosthetic is mentally challenging. Thankfully the staff at CPO realize the difficulties the patients are facing and skillfully provide the prosthetic that best suits the patient. The office staff is great, very thorough. The technicians Cole and Ashlyn are too notch. You will be happy with your relationship with this office.
