Went in had a very nice doctor she was leaving for maternity leave same week we took our grandson in. Said it would be a couple weeks that was back in April have called several times was told referral was wrong then call again referral wasn’t sent called again still nothing after talking to his doctor I watched her send it over while we sat in her exam room they still said it wasn’t sent. I was referred here for a leaf-spring AFO brace for drop foot. During my initial consultation I was shown a brace out of a box, asked my shoe size, and told it would be cut down to fit when I returned. I told the man, I’m actually not even certain he introduced himself, I typically wear a 7.5-8 shoe and he told me to get a size 8 in a good shoe like New Balance or Skechers and they would contact me in a week or two when the brace came in. Came in and no one was at the rockford location. Called the number and was told that there was supposed to be someone there and then had my intelligence questioned as to whether or not I was at the right location. Next day the front desk lady calls me back and argues with me about the times she was there. Not to make an appointment for me to come in and get a cam boot. Was measured and photographed for a custom pair of insoles. Got them in and they are so wide they would not fit into any shoe at all period. Contacted them they drew my current insole on these and said they would modify them as they are 3d printed and where the structures are u cannot just trim them. They modified them and still won't fit into any of my shoes or boots complete waste of time. I'd recommend going somewhere else to have customs made so they actually fit
