The Springfield Illinois office measured the original inserts and boots wrong so was sent here. They measured again and made an appointment I showed up for the appointment and was told they made it for the wrong office. Then they found the new boots and said I needed to wait for a second person and was told they had no advice on how to break in the second pair without foot damage

Impossible to get ahold of anyone for information or get a call back. I was told when I originally made my appointment I would get a call back with information I requested. A week later after calling everyday I decided to try the billing option of course someone answered that line. Horrible customer service with response- lack of knowledge on financials is unacceptable- cancelled my appointment and would not go there in the future either.

My podiatrist sent a referral to CPO 9 weeks ago. I have not heard back from CPO. Calling their office is not successful You are on hold listening to a message about how busy they are. Terrible follow up to professional referrals

I saw Brandon on Oct 31st, I have a pulvic tilt and my left leg is shorter, I already have inserts in my shoes already, the left insert is thicker than my right insert, I wanted to get a 2nd opinion, and he measured the length of both legs from my hip bone to my ankle and he said I had 1/4 difference between both legs, so he was going to order a insert that is 1/4 thick, he said I would put it under the left insert in my left shoe, and I am not an expert so I didn't question him about it.
