Everyone here really nice the receptionist was very nice upon first phone call I lost my prescription and had to get a new she was so patient and effective in assisting me Carmen and I got to see jessica and she went above and beyond to assist me she was so nice and caring I had such an amazing g experience
After months of waiting. they call me to tell me they lost my imprint..then call me and tell me the found it after I ancelled ...after another 5 month wait went for my fitting g and they jaf done nothing even had the wrong shoe...just o e lie after another ...do it go to this place if you want satisfaction....
The staff here is very professional, my Certified Orthotist Brian Steinberg is so kind and professional and provides holistic care, I felt so comfortable and respected being measured and I truly value his plan of care . I highly recommend this Highland location.

The entire experience was amazing from start to end. Brian was a pleasure to work with and took the time to assess my needs for my Neuroswing AFOs. It was absolutely worth the drive from Cincinnati. I’ve only had these new AFO’s a few days and so far I am doing very well.
