Made me a prothsthetic i cant wear and they had several attempts at it it is what it is i dont recommend them 10 yrs amputated worst experience ever do not believe the response nobody reached out lies and bs do not go here

We did not have a good experience here specifically the female provider. She was very condescending. After asking for the male provider we still were put with her. We have traveled over an hour and had to go there 4 times and still do not have the orthotic fitted correctly. Also they are very adamant about getting the shoes provided. They will not be worn.
I get my diabetic shoes from them and the staff really knows how to get the right fit. They also get the right orthotics for the shoes entire staff is knowledgeable and first rate.
I had very bad problems with them one that took over a year and a half over a year to first time I went there they took the foot cast went back again they didn't make one and forgot to make all it is to give me two pads they weren't even cast anyway went back a second time Had to go back a third time and they almost got it right but not quite and it already done so much to kind of they didn't get the right Orthodox made with the right foot it might be the way they were casting it I don't know but this was a terrible place to... read more
