Very unprofessional receptionist. I walked in and the woman at the front desk was on the phone the entire time, clearly having a personal conversation — it sounded like she was talking to her boyfriend. She didn’t acknowledge us at all when we entered, no greeting, no eye contact — just attitude and dismissiveness. Meanwhile, she was joking around and being overly friendly with another patient, which felt very inconsistent and uncomfortable. First, just a quick heads up, once you walk in they are located downstairs, hope this helps others save time! Anywho, today I got an AMAZING call... Aaand, I can't lie, I'm in tears!!! Happy tears because I'm getting my medical equipment!!! As someone who has multiple health issues, and who handles my families health needs - i.e. appointments, insurance, medical issues, medical bills, medical equipment, medication, glasses, etc, etc, etc...
