Happy tears because I'm getting my medical equipment!!! I love the service that Lila gave me she explained everything to me about my breaces for both of my hands
Beware of the billing! They told us our daughter's brace was covered by our insurance. We moved forward in good faith and got the brace. We paid close to $500 of our portion at the time. Then 14 months later they billed us for almost 3k. I have seen other reviews with this same story but only after it happened to us. We have blue cross blue shield PPO. Any medical provider that assures you their services are covered by your insurance should be held to that. Please be wary of this organization.
