AVOID THIS PLACE!!! Justice, you dropped the ball on this BAD! The fact that you waited until after the garments arrived to reach out to my doctor for signatures. Ridiculous! I am a burn victim referred to this office for my burn compression garments. Although the receptionist was nice, she was all over the place. The visit went well, copy of my ID and insurance card were taken upon arrival. Two weeks after the visit I received a call from the receptionist asking for my insurance as she did not have it on file. If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I've been waiting for my son's SMOs and night brace for 2 months. They waited weeks to place the order without informing me. When items arrived over a month later, nothing fit. We got resized and were promised to have them within 2 weeks. On the way to our appointment 2 weeks later, I received a call that the items did not arrive. It's nearly impossible to get ahold of someone in the office because they do not answer the phone. Very unprofessional receptionist. I walked in and the woman at the front desk was on the phone the entire time, clearly having a personal conversation — it sounded like she was talking to her boyfriend. She didn’t acknowledge us at all when we entered, no greeting, no eye contact — just attitude and dismissiveness. Meanwhile, she was joking around and being overly friendly with another patient, which felt very inconsistent and uncomfortable.
