Went and saw Heather Lemmon and she was great. Listened to my needs and took time to make sure my shoes and inserts were perfect for my feet. Cant thank her enough.

They don't answer the phone and they don't return my calls like they say they will on there recording. I have been trying to reach the Valparaiso, Indiana location for well over a week now to find out the status of my diabetic shoes that were ordered and then delayed a long time ago. I have called and left voice messages numerous times on their voice mail and with other employees at other locations. But they completely ignore me and do not call me back. There is no urgency at all with these people.

I just spoke to Carmen (10:45 A.M.) (10-10-25) and she just wanted to play the blame game on me so she could hang up on me and get away with not doing her job. I called to ask about an order for diabetic shoes and she asked me if I was ok in a very smart aleck manner. I asked her what she meant by that and she accused me of sounding angry.
