Peoria office is horrible to get a hold of and help. Still waiting for them to submit my prosthetic info to insurance. According to them it's always the insurances fault or a doctor. I have been without a leg almost two years. The guys at the Peru office have always been great. Then my sister in law has been waiting since January for her shoes. No follow ups or answers. Can't even get her appointment scheduled. Ready to move on to better options!!
I've been dealing with this company for the last 3 years trying to get diabetic shoes. There's always been a problem. I'll wait weeks and I don't hear anything from them. I call and they say the paperwork is not right. I asked them why did you not contact me and let me know. They tell me they continuously send the paperwork to the doctor but doesn't come back right?
