Peoria office is horrible to get a hold of and help. Still waiting for them to submit my prosthetic info to insurance. According to them it's always the insurances fault or a doctor. I have been without a leg almost two years. The guys at the Peru office have always been great. Then my sister in law has been waiting since January for her shoes. No follow ups or answers. Can't even get her appointment scheduled. Ready to move on to better options!!
I've been dealing with this company for the last 3 years trying to get diabetic shoes. There's always been a problem. I'll wait weeks and I don't hear anything from them. I call and they say the paperwork is not right. I asked them why did you not contact me and let me know. They tell me they continuously send the paperwork to the doctor but doesn't come back right? Communication Skills Fail Called 3 different Numbers all End the same Sorry not able to Connect Please leave message. Was called 156pm Fri about Mon appt has to be rescheduled?? Returned call 205pm Fri No answer message left. Still no call back on rescheduling. 2nd time was told had to reschedule day in advance. I have to go thru process of ride setup this affects my ability to schedule rides and they no longer show up after short notice. CPO is causing issues in my life situation UNACCEPTABLE
