Worst experience as a tenant ever! Phyllis comes off as very rude, and I honestly don't think she means to 90% of the time, but she should NOT be the face of the company. She also kicked out three trans women from a house in Asheville which is not a good look no matter the circumstance. Her only saving grace is that she gave us two months extra to find a new place as the market was horrible. Now is she part of the reason why the market was horrible?
