I have lived in my community for 4 years now..... I have had LESS than an OKAY experience when dealing with Cindy Ballinger and John Love. The company as a whole is not good. They never answer the phones, the lack of communication makes it impossible to even know what is going on in my community, as well the business is not user friendly NOR ARE IT'S EMPLOYEES. I have been on the condo board and worked with this company since November, 2011. It is a privilege and pleasure to work with Mr. Love and his staff. They have always been courteous and professional. The company works closely with the Board to make sure that complaints are addressed properly and timely. Mr. Love is on the property on a regular basis, he responds to resident emails promptly, as well as to communications from the Board. As a property management company, I would give Comprehensive Property Management 5 Stars.

This business uses its influence to bully and discriminate against home owners. They particularly prey on the elderly, those of lower income, and those with alternate sexual preferences. They enforce contradicting and alternating rules and regulations to confuse homeowners and enforce those regulations on those who they do not like. They neglect vital home maintenance and tell the owner its their responsibility. They disregard home owners rights and turn a blind eye to most of the regulations in the Ohio revised code. This property manager does not set expectations with contractors - had to call repeatedly to have my weeds pulled. This property manager will not commit to repair plans and dates for homeowners association by-law sanctioned repairs to the outside of homes.
