Great management they were always extremely helpful. I rented a home in Chapin for two years and at least 6 times an issue came up. One time the AC froze and the brought portable AC until the guy fixed it next day. They addressed the issue immediately. Martha and crew was on the spot with the issues fixed. I was late a couple of times due to unexpected circumstances and they worked with me.I received full deposit back at the end of rental. Good people and great experience.
They took most of all my deposit. The moving out process was just awful!!! Please , please, please be aware that if you are looking for fast repair, professional company, DO NOT, use this property rental company. My move out experience left me in tears!!!!
while staff are kind and mostly try to be responsive to issues in the rental property, they took all of my deposit after three years of renting a home, no opportunity for a walk-through was provided, the itemized list was wrong and despite registered mail requests for correction and negotiation I was ignored. I'll be seeing them (or not) in small claims court.
Very Very bad!!! Very bad property management. I don't advise anybody, specially military to rent with this property management. they will charge you for imaginary thing and thing they suppose to do. My wife and I, we are both military, we rented one of their property in Northeast Columbia, SC; we moved out because we buy a house, and charged us for things that were in the house when we first moved.
