I am a brand new patient here. The practice recently was acquired by CloseKnit and it is IMPOSSIBLE to speak to a receptionist. Every single time I call the office, no one answers the phone. How does a medical office expect to stay in business when patients cannot get help they need? What happens if you are very ill and need to make a fast appointment? Great staff - friendly, efficient, and helpful. Well-run office that offers bloodwork and shots/vaccinations on-site. Caitlyn Bray, NP is warm, competent, and truly engaged with her patients. I am lucky to have them close by.
Dr. Wick is one of the best doctors I've ever seen. She is compassionate, caring, and very knowledgeable. She takes the time to explain and listens to my concerns and issues. She is the absolute best.
Plenty of parking just outside the clinic. Easy checkin with friendly staff. The MA took me back right on time. There was no waiting! Caitlin Bray, NP is attentive, friendly and professional. Labs were drawn in site and results reviewed via the patient portal. For an office visit the experience could not have been better. I highly recommend this practice and Caitlin Bray, NP.
