The slowest office in North America. You can bring in your little girl with a terrible fever and cough and still wait 3 hours. Going to ER is faster than this place. Stay away!
The attention of a specific nurse is terrible, several times they have made me wait 1 hour or more. And if they give you an appointment time, it should be respected.
I have had my boys going there since my first born and truly like the Drs that work there
I have been coming with my 10-month-old daughter since she was born. We have seen 3 different doctors and find them to be good and competent. The receptionists have been helpful with forms needed and accommodating last-minute visits. They can improve on communication, updating patients their wait time to manage expectations better. As we once made appt the day before for a sick visit. We arrived on time but still needed to wait 45 minutes. Some communication during our wait time would have been helpful.
