I’m very disappointed by both the lack of billing transparency and how my concerns were handled. During my son’s routine wellness visit, he casually mentioned that his foot sometimes hurts after basketball. He was not experiencing pain or discomfort at the appointment. The provider offered brief advice about flat feet and gave us an optional podiatry referral, but no one explained that this conversation could cause part of the preventive visit to be billed separately as a medical concern, potentially creating additional out-... read more
When my son was diagnosed with autism at age 5 I knew I had to find a him a doctor that would not only be kind and understanding, but also knowledgeable on the subject. That is indeed Dr. T. He is now going on 2 years being seen here and I cannot thank yall enough for how patient yall are with him. I definitely recommend Dr. T to anybody who may be in the same shoes I'm in, the only regret I have is not finding her sooner lol. Thanks for all that yall do!
