Professional support staff and very informative. They try very hard to make you situation BETTER
They have helped my pain, but OH the customer service is terrible. I don't care what number you call you get the recording" please hold for next new patient scheduler" the hold time is from 30 min to 2 hours.. I am a current patient but it is impossible to talk to anybody. I have even tried faxing that that does not work. If they can't get their phone problem fixed I will have to change. They have about 66 different locations and all calls go to them for them to disburse and most of the time the message does not get to perso... read more
Everyone was extremely nice and i was in and out in an hour!
They are slow. My very first visit and wish it wasn't! Supposedly knows about RSD but I think they need to do further research and learn more about it!!!
I just started. I had 3 visits and they are super nice but,I still am not getting much help we tried a shot. I'm not sure what it was It did not work. I have been in constant and severe pain for so long. I'm just so very tired. Maybe they will never find the source of my pain. I know I'm very afraid of just the pain. I fight it and I'm very weak from just dealing with it. Maybe soon they will find it. I PRAY.
They are so nice. I'm glad I am finally getting help with my back.
