So my mother had scheduled an appointment TWO WEEKS AGO. She got multiple reminders for the appointment. It was not until she was on her way to the office for her FIRST appointment that she received a call from a receptionist telling my mom she owes $350 PRIOR TO EVEN SEEING THE PROVIDER. Apparently her insurance didn’t cover the cost of visit? I went to Dr Gribbon in extreme pain and she proceeded to perform useless tests requiring multiple visits and weeks to complete. Each visit cost me a $50 copay. After all that she finally gave me a single injection providing minimal relief. She was condescending. I came to her office in tears from pain one morning and she told me I need a support group and to get some exercise. I was crying from pain that she did nothing for weeks to alleviate. Received a bill in the mail today dated from 3 years ago. When I called the office to inquire about the mistake, was to to hold and was disconnected. When I tried to call back only received a busy signal from that point forward. Tried the billing phone number and was told no one was available to speak to me and I would have to try back after Feb 6th. *New Info* NOW THEY ARE TRYING TO CHARGE ME FOR THE APPOINTMENT THAT NEVER HAPPENED AND REFUSE TO CALL BACK OR GIVE ME LEGAL DEPARTMENT PHONE.
