What a joke. Dodge a bullet do not go here! I called to schedule an appt as a new paitent spoke to Jessica. She told me they do not take my ins. I checked with my ins company who assured her they do. Jessica told my ins provider called them that they are not taking new patients with my ins. I have never experienced this. I feel bad for the doctors. Terrible customer service.
It was a very pleasant visit and Scott is very nice.
Very helpful staff. Dr. De La Garza is easy to communicate with and the staff goes the extra mile.
TERRIBLE experience. Staff up front was horrible and rude. The doctor was rude, had horrible bedside manner wouldnt even let me talk. every time he would ask me a question I would start to answer and he would cut me off and ask another question and just would continue to cut me off and wouldn’t even let me speak.
