What a joke they are not here to help people only purpose is to bill your insurance. Do NOT GO THERE
Been seeing Dr Haynes going on 10 yrs. Never had a problem and pain has been adequately handled/managed satisfactorily throughout this time. Staff has changed, but always very friendly even when really busy.
Another place that looks at you like a drug seeker even though you have a list of issues and should be on life support. They start me on a low does medication. After telling them it's not doing anything for me, instead of trying a stronger dose they change medication but leave the dose the same. Another two months of excruciating pain and they change medication on me again......This time doctor Haynes tells me if by the second patch it's not helping call me and we can adjust the medication. What a joke. Dodge a bullet do not go here! I called to schedule an appt as a new paitent spoke to Jessica. She told me they do not take my ins. I checked with my ins company who assured her they do. Jessica told my ins provider called them that they are not taking new patients with my ins. I have never experienced this. I feel bad for the doctors. Terrible customer service.
It was a very pleasant visit and Scott is very nice.
