Most unprofessional place ever. I called my insurance and asked if follow ups were a necessity and they told me absolutely not unless I was receiving epidurals which I only receive 3 a year. I have been going to this dump for 6 plus years and have had 3 follow ups the entire time. So someone needs to get their shit straight. They wonder why they have 2.7 stars, because they are just trying to milk insurance. I like a few of the employees and a couple of the doctors. I just got home from the office in south county. I normally go to the office in Warwick. The staff is very nice and very helpful. It is a very friendly place and they always put you at ease. When making appointments they really try to work with your schedule. I see Dr. Chan at both places. He is very nice and makes sure you are okay during the whole procedure. Thanks a lot for helping me with my pain.
