On Christmas Eve 12/24/19 I had an appointment at the Waynesville/Clyde, NC office. Something came up and I had to reschedule the original appointment from 12/17 to 12/24. I initially called on 12/15 left message that I needed to reschedule which I did. When I arrived on 12/24 I was told I wouldn't be seen until I paid the $25 no show fee. I was able to prove that I had rescheduled the appointment appropriately. No matter what proof I had the office manager Christa repeatedly said "no you didn't" call to reschedule.
