I have been going to Dr.Herrera for a couple of years,I started going to the benbrook clinic and have been seeing Dr. Lueng he is very professional and cares, aI think he might be leaving I hate for him to go. But the staff has always been very pleasant I appreciate everyone there.
Dr. Leung was professional, empathetic, and provided the treatment I needed. A great experience overall.

I have been a patient at this office for over a year, first seeing Dr. Herrera and then Esan. Unfortunately, while the doctors have been fine, the staff has repeatedly caused me unnecessary pain and stress due to poor communication and unprofessionalism. As a patient, I do not know the ins and outs of insurance, so I have called with questions—only to be met with dismissive and rude responses, including one staff member saying, "I don't see how that's my problem."
