I have been a patient at this office for over a year, first seeing Dr. Herrera and then Esan. Unfortunately, while the doctors have been fine, the staff has repeatedly caused me unnecessary pain and stress due to poor communication and unprofessionalism. As a patient, I do not know the ins and outs of insurance, so I have called with questions—only to be met with dismissive and rude responses, including one staff member saying, "I don't see how that's my problem." I never ever leave reviews on anything. However, I was so happy with my experience with Dr. Herrera and the staff that I felt the need to! They were so comforting and supportive. He explained everything so well and really listened. It was a wonderful experience!
I wanted to take this time to review CPI. Dr Rodolfo Herrera is nothing short of amazing. I have never had a pain management doctor that actually listens to me as a person, not just another patient. He actua cares about me and my issues with pain. His bedside manner is fabulous. I have had several caudal injections for my chronic back pain. Each time I have it done, the pain lessens a little longer each time. If you have a fear of doing this, he is so gentle and you don’t feel the needle at all. He numbs you up very good.
