If I could give 0 stars I would. My mother is a patient at the meriden office, I've gone almost every visit and not ONE time was there a respectful receptionist. They're dismissive, verbally aggressive, and multiple people including my mother have been sitting in the waiting room when staff have spoken out loud about medical/Medication issues while there are people in the waiting room (I was told this was normal procedure...but it's clearly not, many people have reviewed saying they felt it was uncomfortable and unprofession... read more

If you have an emergency and need to contact staff it will NOT happen, they do not answer calls. They say after 10 but it's almost noon and I keep getting voicemail to "office phone" this is 2nd emergency incident within 3 months. Once the elevator was out and them knowing patient is in wheelchair, didn't inform from driving from milford/stratford area. We went for nothing. Tried calling and "office phone" vmail. Worst place ever. If you go here check your bill every time. They have funny billing practices and they double book u in a month to get extra money. The receptionist is so rude I thing she must have provided a major oral argument to get the job if.ya catch my drift.... Also they do not do what they are supposed to by law to give u mess no physical no look over but they bill for it
