The center is poorly organized. There are three ladies working there, yet none seem to know how to contact insurance companies to verify coverage. The doctor called me after returning from vacation and, to my surprise, said, "I have to call your insurance, Medicare, or whatever." That level of professionalism is completely unacceptable. I spent three months just trying to secure an appointment with them. I even sent the requested x-ray records via fax and email, but each time I had an appointment, a nurse would call and canc... read more
The workers there are horrible I would not recommend this dr to anyone dirty people
Been dealing with chronic pain for many years Dr. Ko was the 1st doctor who seemed to actually care, have a plan and not treat me like a "drug seeker" even as busy as he is when he's with me makes me feel like I'm his only patient. Couldn't be happier
