I've seen Dr Kahn, Dr Ko and Dr Jefferies over the 10 years I've been going there. Failed Decompressive Laminectomy and other problems from working construction for 40 years. They've worked with me to find ways to improve my quality of life. I would recommend them. Only draw back is limited hours at this location.
Dr Ko is the very least professional doctor I have ever met. He would make unbelievable comments about my mask (I’m immunocompromised) and even said it was “silly.” He also asked several different times if my immunosuppressant medications were worth it. They cancelled appointments without letting me know, and I showed up only for them to tell me once I arrived. This happened at least 4 times. The final straw was this last appointment. The center is poorly organized. There are three ladies working there, yet none seem to know how to contact insurance companies to verify coverage. The doctor called me after returning from vacation and, to my surprise, said, "I have to call your insurance, Medicare, or whatever." That level of professionalism is completely unacceptable. I spent three months just trying to secure an appointment with them. I even sent the requested x-ray records via fax and email, but each time I had an appointment, a nurse would call and canc... read more
