I really want to give this pain management business a good review, but it's hard to. The staff is amazing and extremely nice. The doctors are understanding and try their best to help you out. However what drives me insane is calling the office. Any time I call for a refill or a question no one answers so I leave a message. That's fine, it's hard to be available to answer the phone every time it rings. Staff horrible, had appointment arrived to find no one in office 2x, no notice it was canceled. Dr always late then rushes patients. Bad organizational skills here.

I spent years at another orthopedic getting sent from dr to dr within same business and not resolving all my issues and referred to pain management again at same facility. Then I found dr. Chen. WaS happy they took my plan and to get a quick appointment and a quicker 2nd appointment to start resolving my pains. Dr. Chen was fantastic, very personable,nice and he spent a good amount of time explaining his plan. I was not happy at the long wait but he was so good, he's worth the wait. He helped me with my Pain .I had 2 sessions all together 4 shots and it helped alot.The only problem was the wait time
