I've never had a issue with this place. I have been a patient here for awhile. Dr Trowbridge, Stephanie, and staff are friendly and professional! I would recommend this place to anyone!
Worst place ever to go. I was discharged by Stephen Grimes. Just because I was asking questions about the Procedure. I was confused on some injections that was given to me. She made me feel so little like my opinion didn’t matter. Never did I raise my voice. She told me if you unhappy you need to go to some where else. I feel she don’t like black people. After witnessing her been kind to all the people her color that came in after me.
This review is for Dr. Trowbridge's office in Avon, Indiana. My experience at Dr. Trowbridge's office today was incredibly frustrating due to their complete failure to communicate. I had an appointment scheduled for an injection, and despite taking time out of my day to get there, I was informed upon arrival that I couldn't receive it. There was no prior notification whatsoever, which is completely unacceptable. To make matters worse, the front desk attendant's bedside manner was terrible.
