Not good. Dr Schneider is fine but the Nurse Practitioners are not when it comes to healthcare. They say they will return calls but don't. Twice they told me they would call me back about a important matter but didn't. They take as long as the VA to get seen so I just go back to VA.
Absolutely one of the rudest staff and doctor that I have ever been to in my life. Totally uneducated in the process of working with insurance companies. As others have stated, trying to get as many appointments with no regard to the patients wait time. A complete waist of my time. Would never recommend to anyone in the area.
have been a patient at this clinic for 5 years now and they are always very helpful and listen to my issues. always tries to do what can be done to make my life easier.
The doctors and nurses are great. They need some work with insurance filings and precerts in a timely manner ( this is my largest complaint ) and keeping appointment times to said times. First appointment I sat for 1hr and 15mi past time. My precert for my procedure was filed 6 days past when I was told it would be filed.
