No toilet paper, no soap, no toilet seat covers, in the restroom and the lady at the front desk to the left at entrance said it’s not my job to put that stuff in the restroom, talk to the ladies at the back window. Wow really, at the western center is really unprofessional and don’t care about germs or hygiene since the restroom is not stocked with any of this. Beware of COVID! No wash hands easily to spread germs

I’ve been going here for a little over two years years now. If I could give this place zero stars, I would. The workers and more so the people that helped Dr. Rosenweigz is very unorganized. I been waiting for a MRI referral since August . I have been going every month since August to follow up with the doctor. Every time I would go, they would say they were still waiting to hear from insurance or I was just waiting to get a phone call to schedule my MRI. I’m giving this location a 1 star because I can rate the other location on Western in Los Angeles so today on a Friday when I went in for acupuncture, The lady that pulls their charts was very rude and dismissive I feel like she gave me the black treatment being at the time I was the only black woman in the office. Rude & disorganized. Don’t bother sharing your concerns. One physical therapist talks to you like a three year-old and another physical therapist doesn’t talk to you at all. There’s tons of people in there they don’t even play music. It’s like being at the welfare office.
