Absolutely disgusting experience. Dr. Tracey Burton has got to have the worst bed side manner, why did she even go into medicine when she has zero compassion for others? Besides a very nice M.A who worked with her, the front desk staff is extremely rude, and can’t even say hello when you walk into the building. SHAME on this Gynecology Practice, if that’s what you want to call it. Had appt with Dr Sharice Richardson. Received call confirming the appointment and the address of the location. Arrived at the appt and sign on the door states Ft Laud office closed permanently 3 weeks ago, visit Boca Raton or Boynton Beach offices instead. Why wasn't there advance notice to patients? Office was aware of pending appointments. No verbal notice by phone and no written notice. Why confirm the appt the day before? Exceptionally poor provider service!

I’ve been a patient at this practice for 3 years and I've seen dr Richardson only, who is a fantastic dr. She is very thorough and knowledgeable. The staff is professional and I actually highly recommend this dr. I work in medical and I only recommend dr’s I believe are great and she is one of them.
