While the methods employed are sound. They misgender me. So now I question the accuracy of the more subjective assessments. The misgendering feels intentional, so I would leave a "do not recommend " especially as the provider knew how recently my transition started.

We just finished our final appointment with CNS Memory Clinic, and we had a wonderful experience. As another reviewer said, yes, it did take a little while to get in, but it was worth it. It was the best, most accurate picture of what is going on with my (autistic) family member’s health that we have ever received. I just finished with my three appointments today. Yes, it took some time to get through all my appointments, but that's usually how it is with specialists, and it didn't bother me one bit. I'm learning to hone in on my patience levels the older I get, and it was well worth the wait. Dr. Higgins spent quite some time going over all my results from testing in an in-depth and kind manner. Dr. Higgins provided great insight into what’s going on with my health. He listened and explained in a way I can understand. His bedside manner is fantastic. Kind, courteous, compassionate and friendly. Im glad my PCP sent me here. The staff are great too. It was a long test and a bit of a wait to have the results but that’s to be expected with most specialists. I’m glad I got the information that I did, but I asked for someone from the billing dept to call me three times because it was a pretty high bill for just the initial appointment. No one called so I got no further information on what the actual testing was going to cost, and now I’m in a HUGE amount of debt for what was essentially an IQ test.
