The secretary in the front office provides horrible service. Over the phone and in person, it's worse. Zero professionalism. They changed the appointment I had scheduled without my authorization. They promised to send me an important questionnaire for my son, but 5 days went by, and if I didn't call, they wouldn't send it to me . She is in the Goodyear Suites 210 office. I want to thank Dr. Higgins and the entire team at CNS Memory Clinic for being so kind and compassionate. They helped me begin putting together the pieces of my life, and I’m beyond grateful. I recommend CNS Memory Clinic 100%.
While the methods employed are sound. They misgender me. So now I question the accuracy of the more subjective assessments. The misgendering feels intentional, so I would leave a "do not recommend " especially as the provider knew how recently my transition started.
We just finished our final appointment with CNS Memory Clinic, and we had a wonderful experience. As another reviewer said, yes, it did take a little while to get in, but it was worth it. It was the best, most accurate picture of what is going on with my (autistic) family member’s health that we have ever received.
