Fantastic experience, quick turnaround, and comprehensive testing.
It seems like all of our reviews are the same. My child was evaluated on May 17th. I was told that I would receive the report anywhere between 6-8 weeks. Here we are October 8th, nearly FIVE months later, that's well over double the time that they suggested it would take. I spoke with someone the second week of September, I as well was fed some line that there was a delay completing the reports, and I would receive it, by the 22nd or 23rd of September, still nothing. I've called numerous times. Same story. They don't answer.... read more
Evaluation done on May 10th. Still do not have report in October. Kept giving me new dates to expect it to be done, but only after someone in authority (our PCP or insurance) calls on my behalf. Insurance company is involved and we were told they mailed it out today, October 3. Insurance company will be filing fraud charges if my report doesn't show up in the next week.
Please listen to these reviews and stay away. I wish I would have. We are going on 6 months for something we were told would take 6-8 weeks...and still have nothing. Very poor communication, as there is little to none. They very rarely answer the phone, and only occasionally return calls (with the same run around). We were told going on a month ago that the report is complete and just needs to be signed off on, yet we still have nothing. i haven’t received any feedback/results about my daughter who went there to be tested MONTHS ago and i have her school & other agencies who need her results back. now that i’m looking at all of the reviews looks like i won’t be getting a call back, i’ve left several voicemails and no one has returned my phone call
