Unable to get ahold of my dr as I was advised to, left several voicemails & have heard nothing. And can’t even schedule an appointment as I started to, then was asked if the receptionist could “finish what she was doing” & put me on hold. Then was hung up on after being on hold for 15 mins, and have now been on hold for almost 20 the second time around.
My first appointment was great but my follow-up appointment after 2 MRI's got canceled. I called to reschedule but it went to voicemail. Over the course of a month I called three times to no avail. I also was waiting on a medication that seemed to never come through. Based on other reviews and my experience they never respond to voicemails let alone calls so I'll never get a follow-up appointment and I'll need to find a new practice.
I have been going there for years to see Dr Kahn. Since he retired I have needed refills for my migraine meds. I have been waiting and calling for over a month no one will call me back. I have even left messages on the office manager line. Still nothing. I’m going to find another dr. Because I’m afraid that this will happen with my seizure medication. This is horrible to treat patients this way. I know I work in healthcare.
I’m not sure why there are so many negative reviews. I visited CNS Hagerstown today and had a great experience. The front desk staff member who assisted me was very kind, and I waited no more than five minutes before being called back. The nurse was professional and friendly, and Dr. Connor Thompson was extremely kind and took the time to explain what could be causing my issue. Cardiologist referred me to specific doctor..o was told they would not see me based on my issue. Made an appt with another doctor at this practice. Appt was canceled the day before. I tried multiple times a day to reach them to reschedule. They NEVER pick up and there is no voicemail.
