never returns phone calls. waited 3 months for mri script. now going on 6 months, still no script for bloodwork. does not answer questions or seem receptive to symptoms. just sits there and smiles. office staff is non existent. does not review test results thoroughly. unreliable due to NEVER answering phone or returning calls. i have an appointment set to see another doctor. your first visit will be great. after that... good luck!! you will need it!!!!

I found Dr Yacoub’s information on the Internet while surfing for a specialist to help my son who had been having issues for 7 years. Despite consistent counseling, expensive screening/evaluation, testing, specialist visits and even medication he was still not doing great. Numerous suggestions made to previous healthcare providers to try other options fell on deaf ears. I am suspicious of the positive reviews left on this sight. The picture next to Craig J. appears to Matt Damon. In my experience, the service at this doctor's office is poor. No one returns phone calls. He promised to order an important test and never followed through. I need to schedule an appointment. It's been three weeks and I have yet to reach a person at this practice. Several messages have been ignored.
