Been seeing Dr morgan at advance pain institute. On medicaid. She ordered new treatment but her nurse refused to call in pre authorizations because she decided to no longer take medicaid. If dr already saw me and ordered the meds then what right does nurse have to refuse to call in PA. Very unprofessional.
Dr. Morgan is an extremely knowledgeable physician. She truly cares and has helped me tremendously. Dr. Morgan shows compassion and takes the time to answer all my questions. I never feel rushed. I am very blessed to have her as my neurologist.
