Incredibly rude (condescending, patronising, swearing etc) reception lady with NZ accent. Other lady was much more helpful. Do have escalating chronic epilepsy. Refusal to move my appointment forward or offer any alternatives, hung up on me and cancelled my appointment all together when I slightly raised my voice
One of the receptionists decided to harass and judge me for an oversight on my part, as they proceeded to verbally dress me down in front of the other patients. The receptionist, Mai, should probably find other work than yelling at people with neurological complaints and telling them they're "bad adults" on repeat.
Teressa, who answered my phone call was amazing—despite clearly being busy, she took the time to really listen and helped me secure an appointment when I needed it most. Her professionalism and kindness stood out, and she went above and beyond to make sure I was looked after. Thank you, Teressa!

I have been suffering from chronic headaches and migraines for over a year and a half. I highly recommend Dr Yerra. He is kind, compassionate and shows a genuine interest in his patients. I have noted him to be very thorough and professional. Very happy with the service he provided
