İmagine needing a health service, to be cared for obviously, being referred to this clinic as the specialists are really recommended and then having to talk to a woman with the most condescending tone on her. Shame on the business owners for not addressing this behaviour. Reviews clearly show it is an ongoing issue. Fortunately, wont be attending this clinic.
Imagine having your wife’s Uncle call in the morning and ask to swap his appointment with his niece(which was about 4 months earlier than hers) only to be spoken to in such a rude manner that she refused to be reasonable, explain her actions or change the appointment. When I called later in the day I was lucky to get another receptionist who was much more accommodating, explained the reasons why and, luckily, found her an appointment later that week due to a cancellation. Incredibly rude (condescending, patronising, swearing etc) reception lady with NZ accent. Other lady was much more helpful. Do have escalating chronic epilepsy. Refusal to move my appointment forward or offer any alternatives, hung up on me and cancelled my appointment all together when I slightly raised my voice
One of the receptionists decided to harass and judge me for an oversight on my part, as they proceeded to verbally dress me down in front of the other patients. The receptionist, Mai, should probably find other work than yelling at people with neurological complaints and telling them they're "bad adults" on repeat.
Teressa, who answered my phone call was amazing—despite clearly being busy, she took the time to really listen and helped me secure an appointment when I needed it most. Her professionalism and kindness stood out, and she went above and beyond to make sure I was looked after. Thank you, Teressa!
