The team of Andrew and Ed did the job of 5 or 6, traveling up and down the stairs. They attached our bathroom exhaust vent, and systematically cleaned and treated mold in our attic. They also added much needed insulation, as we were losing all our heat on the 2nd floor! Mark & I would gladly recommend CMM!

From start to finish CMM did an excellent job! Ken, the owner, did the appraisal himself. He was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain and show me what needed to be done. The work and cleanup was done thoroughly, professionally and with great care by Ryan and Lamont. I highly recommend CMM!

Everybody was professional, thorough and delightful from Ken who did the appraisal to Nick and Lamont who did the work. Their pricing was reasonable and the workmanship excellent. I’d hire them again.

This is a great company! The workers were polite, efficient, and did a great job. They were on time and very helpful with all they did. The end result is a nice clean basement with the mold removed and painted over. For what they had to do, the price was very reasonable.

Nick and A J showed up at 7:30, introduced themselves and explained exactly what they would do, and answered all our questions in an easy to understand way. They were polite and respectful of our home and the way they conducted themselves. The entire organization is well run, professional and friendly, from Ken the owner on down everyone knows what they are doing and share there information with you. We can not say enough good things about CMM. Ken came out and gave us all the info on our project and how long it would take to complete. The workers Nick and AJ were just wonderful to work with and their work was absolutely outstanding. We wish we could give CMM more than five stars. We would recommend CMM again. Linda from the office was a great help to us and answered all our questions and was very helpful. Thanks again for a great job...

Comprehensive Mold Management (CMM) is an outstanding business. From the beginning when the assessment was completed to the office personnel booking and making all arrangements, to the crew doing the work. We were told the crew would be at the house at around 0800, and Nick and A.J. were here right at 0800. They prepped the house by covering everything that needed covering, and covered the doorway to the basement to prevent anything from coming upstairs into the living quarters. Too bad they only rate at 5 stars, I would give them a 10. Had our basement done by them about 20 years ago. We started to see a few spots coming through, so we called to see about their Lifetime Guarantee. In less than a week there was a crew here. They found a few spots that we didn't even see. By the time they were done it looked like a whole new basement. They didn't just do spots, they did the entire wall if it needed it.
