Amanda the receptionist is really lovely and went out of her way to answer my questions and provide help. Dr. Meeks is an amazing psychiatrist and I would give him 10/5⭐️ I haven’t had the best experience with some of the therapists I’ve seen through them, but the reception team and psychiatric care are incredible.
I wish i read these reviews first this place is honestly the worst mental health office i have ever been to. They have 0 compassion and speak to you very nasty and the worst is when I had did an appointment for psychology and the dr cancels the appointment 10 mins in and they charged me for a cancelation!
I can’t give zero stars sadly. The DR. My wife sees told her “You’re never happy.” Well yes, that’s the reason for seeing a mental health professional. (If you can call them that). Then proceeds to send the prescriptions to the wrong pharmacy and acted like it was a huge inconvenience when asked to change them. Bad attitude all the way around and terrible communication. Use ANYWHERE ELSE
After receiving lackluster care from their Nocatee location I figured I’d try out their St. Augustine office. Called and left VM and never heard back. AVOID Comp Medpsych systems entirely.
