Today I had a visit with Dr.Meeks. I have had a few psychiatrist in the past 12 years. When we moved here I found Dr.Meeks he us absolutely fantastic. He has empathy and compassion and very down to earth speaks to me in layman's terms. I feel so blessed that I found him and highly recommend him he's fantastic.

0 Zero stars is what I would give if I could. This company has been a joke from the start. The Dr. James Meeks told me and my wife that we was not a conflict of interest. 2 month later and after our zoom appointment and he schedules me for June. My wife gets a piece of mail from them saying they cancelled her for conflict of interest. I never got the letter. Now I have been without my med of Aderol for 2 days and they won't refill it because I had no idea they cancelled me too, even tho James set an appointment with me for J... read more

Communication in this office is truly terrible. I only put up with it because dr. Henshke was a true gem of a doctor. Lo and behold, I emailed to find out our next appointment and was told she left the practice in April and they allegedly mailed me a letter which I never received. Thank you guys so much, now I am at risk of withdrawal from an ssri. If I could give zero stars to this office I surely would. I tried 3 times to call this practice to establish a new patient appointment. The folks answering the phone to direct/connect patients to the correct location, in spite of calling the direct number, are rude as F¥CK. I sat on hold for over 20 minutes each time I called and never spoke to anyone. Tired going through their website with no luck either. Go somewhere else!!
