Had one appointment with Dr. Gluszak. He knows what he’s doing and recommended I seek supplemental care/testing from some other facilities and specialists but when it came to getting records/referrals for them time is clearly not of the essence. I’ve since found care elsewhere but haven’t heard from this office in nearly 3 weeks. Front desk staff isn’t the friendliest or most helpful either.

Don't surrender your healthcare to this practice if you care about your patient rights. As a previous patient, I requested my medical records and Dr. Mark Sylvester and his staff deliberately withheld important documents and forged a signed release of information document. I had to complain to the Office for Civil Rights at Department of Health.

My doctor gets a five star but the office gets 3 but I am only being nice. My insurance is incorrect and have not heard anything from the office and not sure which one either. Takes forever to get anything done. When I do call I get the voicemail alot.

Not to paraphrase the other review but very kind drs. Dr. Eader went out of his way to make sure that I understood that his office is a safe place. He also said that if all else has failed I can just show up in the office. He wanted to make sure that I understood that be there if I need him. David is another one. He creates a comfortable environment that lends itself to getting something done each week.
