I have been to 3 other doctor’s offices in the last 8 years, & I started seeing Dr. Nogueras a year ago & w/out a doubt, she has been the best mental health doctor I have had. To start, the office staff has always been incredibly helpful & nice & even when I have to leave a message, they are super quick to return my call. They are always friendly. I find that the staff and doctors are very courteous and helpful whether it be on the phone or in person. I have been visiting the OP office for a number of years now.
I do not recommend Doctor Nogueras or this facility. My daughter was seen for ADHD (which was listed as a specialty of this particular psychiatrist) and she had very limited knowledge of the various types of ADHD. She also was 25min late to do the evaluation and still charged $400 for it. When my daughter asked if she could leave the visit after waiting alone in the room for almost 30 min, the doctor replied that she would charge for the full hour no matter what.
