I am new to the area, attempting to establish mental health care. I have called daily for 2 weeks to sit on hold for 1hr + each time. I fill out forms spoken about on the automated line they have. Nobody ever calls back. Not many options for mental health care in the area as I am desperate and receive no response.
I'd give ZERO stars if I could this is the most terrible place I have EVER experienced when wanting to get help for myself. The drs I had (dr nougueras) and Angela priester gave me completely uncomfortable vibes. Dr nougueras (psychiatrists) treated me as if I were "drug seeking " she also wanted to give me a medication that harms/kills fetuses(rhe firat med ahe ga e me via telhealth( i had sever reaction too) so she treated me like an addict. I wish Dr. Martinez never changed. Until recently, I really liked working with Dr. Martinez's office. They are now with Comprehensive Med Psych Systems and have changed drastically. It doesn't have a personalized feel anymore. I feel like a number. I have a very hard time getting a call back for anything, if I can even get past their phone tree. Another doc that is working with this office has been rude to my mom and is not reading the reports from testing that she had sent for. Although I like who I am working with, I can't... read more
Reading the reviews, you think their front office cant be THAT BAD, Right? YUP! They sure ARE!! Tried to make an appt, put me on hold and NEVER returned ! Can't imagine if you have an emergency.
