I could never get anyone one the phone. I could not get any refills.
I am extremely unhappy with the way the office is run at the Bradenton office. I have been with my psychiatrist and psychologist for over 3 years and they have helped me SO much, but the office is a different story. They have caused me so much trouble and have always been very rude. Hard to believe when people they talk to have mental health problems. Took a bit to recognize the proper way to reach out to the MA and the Dr. Other than that they are great and saved my life. After decades of hesitation I decided to reach out and allowed Dr. Robison provided me the help I desperately needed. Super friendly staff and of course Dr. R is great! Compassionate, down to earth and expresses a legitimate level of care for my situation.
Seriously the worst place ever! I made an appt with Dr DeSantis. I never was told that I would get paperwork emailed to me. The med assistant called Wed to tell me about it. When I got home I realized that they sent me the instructions but no link. I called the next morning and they said they would send it again. And again I got nothing. I called again and left a message asking if maybe she could just text me the info. About 30 min later I get a text with a link to, what I assumed was, my paperwork.
